Return policy for ConcreteMoldsOnline

1. General return policy

At ConcreteMoldsOnline.com we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your product according to our return policy.

2. Return conditions

Return term: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product.

Condition of the product: The product must be unused and in its original condition. Make sure the product is in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase: A copy of the invoice or order number must be enclosed.

3. Exceptions

Products made especially for you (custom-made) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Consumables such as silicone or other liquids can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.

4. Procedure for Returns

Notification of Return: Send an e-mail to info@concretemoldsonline.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return instructions: You will receive return instructions, including the return address, within 2 working days.

Packaging: Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid damage during transport.

Dispatch: Send the parcel to the return address provided. Keep the proof of posting until the return has been processed.

5. Processing and Refund Policy

Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 5 working days.

Refund: If the product is in good condition, the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs of the original order) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return costs: The cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

6. Defective or damaged products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@concretemoldsonline.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund including the return costs.

7. Warranty policy

At ConcreteMoldsOnline.co.uk, we offer a 5-year warranty on our moulds. This means that during this period we guarantee the quality of our products and repair or replace any defects free of charge.

Conditions: The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and with normal product use. Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
