Casting instructions

STEP 1
Prepare the mould
Place the mould on a flat surface, this can be a sheet of steel or plywood. If the mould has been used before, make sure its clean has no concrete residues.

STEP 2
Apply concrete release agent
Apply concrete release agent to the mould, make sure the inside is covered with a thin layer. This prevents from rust and helps remove the mould once the block is cured.

STEP 3
Pouring concrete
Pour concrete in the mould, make sure to completely fill it to the edges.

STEP 4
Vibrate the concrete
Use a concrete vibrator during the pouring process to remover air bubbles from the concrete mixture
Air bubbles can weaken the concrete output so make sure to follow this step accurately.

STEP 5
Finnish the concrete
Finnish the concrete using a large trowel making a clean and flat surface of the concrete block.

STEP 6
Opening the mould
Remove all the wedges, pins and bolts from the mould, move the side panels and the output block is ready.
Always make sure to open the mould after completing the curing time of the concrete mix.

CONCRETE OUTPUT READY FOR USE!
After the curing time of the concrete and opening the mould the output block is ready to be moved. Produced blocks can be picked up and mover around easily to be used in various construction projects.
